High-Ticket Appointment Setter
We're looking for a High-Ticket Appointment Setter to:
1. Triage inbound bookings from paid ads...
2. Qualify and pre-sell the prospects who are a good fit for our offer...
3. Set sales calls on our closers' calendars.
Instead of calling cold leads or opt-ins, this position simply requires you to take calls that are automatically booked onto your calendar (similar to a sales rep) and pre-qualify/pre-sell the prospects who are a good fit and ultimately set them onto a closer's calendar.
We're specifically looking for any setter (or closer) who has experience in either B2B sales or was a business owner themselves. You must understand the fundamentals of business (ideally, the agency/coaching/online high-ticket business models specifically), and you need to be comfortable and maintain strong leadership when speaking to business owners and sophisticated prospects.
It's extremely important that you match this criteria as you need to be able to get the prospect excited for the sales calls you set (to increase show rate AND close rate), and the only way you can is if you have a deep understanding of business.
This is why the OTE/compensation for the position is so high ($10k/month minimum), as we cannot have a basic/inexperienced setter or someone with only B2C experience.

TRIAGE PROCESS:
Pre-qualify and pre-sell all bookings:
Pre-qualify = ensuring the prospect is:
- In our niche…
- Has the precise problem we solve…
- Has the budget required to afford our services or has an adequate credit score to be approved for our financing options.
Pre-sell = nurturing/warming the prospect prior to their sales call
- Plus sending over relevant case studies
- Sending relevant trainings
- Having an extremely high-level and intelligent conversation so the prospect feels we're different (since we are exponentially better than anyone else in our industry - the prospect must feel this after your conversation with them).
Confirmed = they will 100% show for their time:
- Tying down on time…
- Ensuring nothing (outside of an emergency) can come in the way of the prospect showing…
Ensure all prospects are excited for the “Sales Call”:
- Every prospect you speak with should leave the conversation excited and looking forward to the sales call.
- They should think “this company seems to really know what they’re doing,” “they could be the company I’ve been looking for all this time,” “they seem very good,”.
COMPENSATION:
OTE = $8k - $10k/mo
Compensation structure = $500 / set close.
1 Closer = 18 - 20 deals per month
If you set all deals, that will equal $9k - $10k/month/closer.
We currently have 3 closers on the team, and the current compensation / OTE is based on only 1 closer. Needless to say, this is extremely understated since I do not want to "oversell" you on the compensation.
