High-Ticket Appointment Setter
We're looking for a High-Ticket Appointment Setter to pre-qualify and confirm all booked sales calls generated through our marketing to help increase our Show Rate and "Offer Rate".
Instead of calling cold leads or opt-ins, this position simply requires you to call all sales calls who are already booked and, by extension, are already interested in working with us, and simply pre-qualify them and confirm their time to ensure they show.
We're specifically looking for any setter (or closer) who has experience in either B2B sales or was a business owner themselves. You must understand the fundamentals of business (ideally, the agency/coaching/online high-ticket business models specifically), and you need to be comfortable and maintain strong leadership when speaking to business owners and sophisticated prospects.
It's extremely important that you match this criteria as you need to be able to get the prospect excited for the call (to increase show rate), and the only way you can is if you have a deep understanding of business.
This is why the OTE/compensation for the position is so high ($10k/month minimum), as we cannot have a basic/inexperienced setter or someone with only B2C experience.

CALL CONFIRMATION PROCESS:
Pre-qualify and confirm all bookings:
Pre-qualify = ensuring the prospect is:
- In our niche…
- Has the precise problem we solve…
- Has the budget required to afford our services / is doing our minimum revenue requirement…
Confirmed = they will 100% show for their time:
- Tying down on time…
- Ensuring nothing (outside of an emergency) can come in the way of the prospect showing…
Confirmation methods:
- Dial bookings within 5 minutes of them scheduling (this is the same as “Speed To Lead” for opt-ins).
- If they don’t answer after triple dialling:
- Blue iPhone message
Ensure all prospects are excited for the “Sales Call”:
- Every prospect you speak with should leave the conversation excited and looking forward to the sales call.
- They should think “this company seems to really know what they’re doing,” “they could be the company I’ve been looking for all this time,” “they seem very good,”.
CALENDAR MANAGEMENT:
Assign a grade to all bookings:
This needs done DAILY (Mon-Sun)
- Morning ASAP
- 3x batched throughout the day
- Before bed
Cancelling & delegating certain bookings based on grading score:
- 1’s - cancel
- 2’s - setter
- 3’s - closer (double book if not confirmed)
- 4’s - closer
COMPENSATION:
OTE = $10k/mo
Compensation structure = $500 / confirmed close.
1 Closer = 18 - 20 deals per month
If you confirm all deals, that will equal $9k - $10k/month/closer.
1 sales coordinator can manage 2 - 3 closers' calendars (depending on individual performance and total output).
