Job Title: Data Entry Manager

Company Overview And Role:

ScaleClients.io is a marketing agency on a mission to remove the "I've been burnt in the past" conversation that all online businesses have by continually delivering a world-class service to our clients.

The number one way we generate new clients is through paid ads. We're currently spending between $4k and $7k per day on advertising, and we're looking for a Data Entry Manager to take total control of our internal tracking and reporting. This will allow senior management to make the most efficient and effective decisions about how to best utilize our advertising dollars.

Responsibilities:

• Input "Yesterday's Data" into our custom Ad Audit Tracker.
• Use tools like Hyros and Slack to determine which bookings are qualified and report accordingly.
• Ensure all data is accurate by creating quality control processes, including the creation of SOPs.
• Ensure all data is reported as efficiently as possible by creating best practices and efficient workflows.
• Conduct continuous quality control across all data to ensure the numbers reflect reality.
• Present all data to senior management daily, which has been QC'd, so the most efficient and profitable decisions can be made within our ad account.
• Continuously improve current processes by using automation and AI to improve both accuracy and efficiency.
• Monitor metrics like speed, accuracy, and volume of data entered to assess effective output.
• Coordinate with departments like customer service, sales, finance, IT, and HR to understand their data needs and create innovative solutions accordingly.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience as a Data Entry Clerk.
• Experience with Facebook ads and the Facebook ad account is preferred.
• Excellent communication.
• Strong attention to detail with a knack for being extremely meticulous and diligent.
• Strong desire for always wanting to improve processes and making SOPs as efficient as humanly possible.

Compensation:

• $10 USD per hour
