ScaleClients.io is a $10M / year advertising agency that works with high ticket coaches and service providers, and we’re on the hunt to add 3 new SUPERSTAR Performance Marketers to our team who want to earn $10.5k / month in take-home income.

About ScaleClients.io:

[+] In 2024, we’ll comfortably do over $10M in revenue.

[+] By the end of 2024 we want to be on pace to be doing $25M/year.

[+] Currently, we spend $150k per month on our own ads to attract new clients, and we’re signing anywhere between 30 - 40 new clients per month

[+] We have 1 core vision and focus, which our entire company rallies around: To deliver the best client results possible and eliminate the “I’ve been burnt in the past” conversation that all online companies have. Everything we do is to achieve this vision.

Role Expectations And Responsibilities:

Once you're fully ramped and are managing your own client ad accounts, I expect you to know the following 6 metrics for every client that you manage:

• Cost Per Qualified Booked Call
• Show Up Rate
• Close Rate
• Pricing
• Cost Of Goods Sold
• Churn Rate

...and the LTGP:CAC ratio at all times...

I expect you to know the deeper acquisition metrics for each one of your clients at all times such as Cost Per Lead, Cost Per Acquisition, Day 1 Cash ROAS, and Revenue ROAS...

I expect you to have a weekly call with every client to get clear on their current biggest constraint and have a plan that’s currently being actioned on to solve that biggest constraint at all times…

If you don’t know what the current biggest constraint is and/or you don’t know what the solution is, I expect you to try and figure it out based on our internal Growth Partner University (everything you would ever need is in there) or ask for help immediately…

I expect you to communicate multiple times per day with each client and be constantly working on solving the next constraint, no matter if this is on you or the client…

I expect you to be MORE aggressive in achieving the client's goals than they are themselves…

I expect ZERO negligence. ZERO playground mistakes. ZERO mistakes where you know better...

I expect the client NEVER to have to reach out and ask anything related to “What are next steps?”, “What do I do now?” / “Can I have an update?” / “When are the ads launching?” / “What’s going on with the ads?” / “What’s happening with X”, etc...

I expect the client never to be dissatisfied because of something that’s within our control...
